I’m not a hugo fan (in fact apart from Arron Liam and Teddy I think most of the boys are rubbish this series) but he did try to tell Toby he said you can’t have your cake and it it and i feel like he might have tried to say more but Toby wasnt interested in hearing anything that wasn’t backing up him sacking off Chloe so hugo got cut off.

That was the most expressive we've seen Toby and I think he was spot on. He credited Hugo for what he actually said but criticised him for the manner in which it was delivered.

Toby spoke to Chloe about Abi before anything happened (unlike with Kaz) so he has learnt and grown. The deceitful, two-faced one is definitely Hugo here for not talking to Toby about this privately.
