For anyone left still watching.

Laura’s babies only about three months old though. She’s basically on maternity leave and just doing small bits.

I think the lack of Laura is a good thing. I don't see what she brings to the party. I don't know how she became famous. No discernible talent and no charisma (this is only my opinion I know)

Complaints about how unattractive the islanders are always make me smile wryly

They are all very looks focussed themselves. Their ‘criteria’ for future love interests is primarily looks too.
They all ‘work’ on Istagram/modelling etc.
They want people to look at them. When that is the case, they can’t expect only positive comments.

I must admit I’m not a fan of Laura tbh, there’s something a bit smug/insincere about her.

I’m really irrationally irritated by the ‘I got a text’ hollering. In the early days they’d shout that as the alert went off, now they get a message notification, they open the text, read it, screech ‘I got a text’ and then read it out.

It makes no sense doing it that way. And I wish they’d stop. Or at least revert to the way that makes sense!!

All I kept thinking throughout the drama that was the Brad / Lucinda tragedy was we needed the gorgeous Theo Campbell (series 3, I believe?) back… ‘if she really liked him, she’d go with him!’ I can’t decide if there are any islanders who I wouldn’t happily send home right now. They’re all so unlikeable!

Theo was hilarious. I miss the old LI series. The casting directors did a terrible job in this series. The producers had a year to get some decent, interesting islanders. Most of this cast is forgettable. They need to bring back the alcohol and the smoking corner.

And I’d agree with the op. Of course it’s looks focused, seriously I’d Be looks focused if I was going to be on tv every night in a swimsuit. And for me in a relationship being physically attracted to my partner is important.

AJ genuinely looks like she could be Hugo's mum sat there on first look.

Just saw the LI Instagram feed, Lucinda moving onto Aaron already! she will either try to couple up with someone because she knows there's a re-coupling coming or because she wasn't bothered about Brad in the first place either way she's going to make herself look bad

I don’t think Lucinda was anywhere near as into Brad as he was with her….it seemed really one sided. I’m not surprised that she’s moving and grooving with someone else already. 12 year olds are fickle!

I know they have to shout it. But don’t bleedin open the text, read it to yourself then screech it, then read the text again. The ‘I got a text’ should be in response to the notification. Or else you might as well just shout out the contents of the message.

Told you it was irrational. But I stand by my assertion that it’s really annoying.

I wish they would change the bedroom and villa layout.
Its boring always being the same.

Also not a fan of LW and haven't missed her. She's made some odd decisions like promoting the British army and trying to cause a pile on on some poor journalist who had politely emailed her agent.

I wonder whether Aaron will be into Lucinda or just flattered?

She didn't really like Brad anyway, he made a beeline for her before she got to know anyone else, I don't think she made out to really like him? I hope she gets with Teddy to be honest just to annoy Faye.

Yeah, she comes off a bit stiff to me. Like she wants to appear friendly, but it's a bit forced. Didn't really notice she wasn't there, frankly
