New drama starts tonight. Know there’s a few of us that love an all weekl drama

Anna from England and husband Jake from Australia move back to oz to to make a fresh start on their marriage

They hire Becky to be their nanny to their 2 kids

Not sure what it’s about but we love a drama and murder and thriller so hopefully will be good

Havnt read replies get as don’t want to ruin it for myself as ended and I’m half way through

But at hospital. Why is a baby /almost toddler of that age in a silly half enclose high up cot

Trouble is , Anna looks hard and a bit miss cast I think . Still , it's not bad and holding my attention so I hope the next two episodes are good. Maybe the hunky gardener will help get out ?

He’s also an abusive husband. That’s a whopper of a bruise on shoulder :(

I’m Thinking he drugged her in England :(

Nanny starting to reliese he’s not nice

I think she will help Anna in the end

And yes the dresses are awful on her :(

The nanny suspects he's abusive as she'd asked what the huge thud was that she heard from their bedroom so she'll probably switch her loyalties.

Agree with everyone re Anna's awful unflattering dresses !

Was that DEFINITELY the husband at the end with the nanny? He looked a bit dark haired and skinned to be him...like the gardener is...

Just out of curiosity, is it standard in Aus for prescription medication to come in bottles? Everything I've ever been prescribed here in UK has come in blister packs, which would be much harder to tamper with!

Small point, but it is annoying me Grin the cot wasnt that high, why did they keep going on about "How did Grace put the toy in the cot?"
Er... she reached over and put it in?! She is about 4, plenty tall enough to put a toy in a cot without needing that chair. The chair that the mum only saw when she SAT DOWN in the room, not when she was next to it soothing the baby

(yes, I know Grace DIDNT put the toy in the cot, but I'm talking about the way they kept saying 'how on earth did she manage it' etc)

Considering how suspicious Anna is about her husband , I'm shocked he is having it away right under her nose like this! Surely they would have found other places to see each other ?
I guess he thinks its safe now she is working, but even so !
I missed a bit where she told Becky about the car crash in the Uk ; had she been taking meds or drinking? The kids were in the car too ?

Or, my other thought is that Anna will turn out to be the 'baddie ' here and it's not what we think ..

I'm calling it.

Jake is definitely going to try and set up Anna looking suicidal etc - but he's going to end up dead instead (probs by some S & M gone wrong plot) and Becky is going to cover for Anna.

I can't see how Anna will end up as the baddy, unless it turns out it was her thumping Jake and not vice versa, but surely he would have said that when Becky asked? All good evidence for his custody bid, you'd think. On the other hand, Jake is being painted as such a heinous git that perhaps it is all some kind of elaborate misdirection.

I'm a bit 🤨 at the idea that Anna doesn't look fragile - what does a mentally fragile person look like? She's not skinny but that doesn't mean she can't suffer from PND or anxiety or whatever...

I read a terrific thriller last year ( name escapes me though ) and the whole way through it the ' victim' had me completely fooled , it was all pointing to the man being the ' baddie ' of the piece until the last few pages when I went ' omg , she was just a good actress ' ! I was stunned , as I did not see it coming at all.
I'm usually good at solving the mysteries too.

The husband texted Becky to say the keys were in the feeder box. Becky found them , then put them back and then asked Anna ' where are the keys '? Anna was a bit puzzled as she had seen her find them , then put them back again but she didn't question it at all . Becky didn't want Anna to ask her who had texted her I suppose ?
