Just home from a pesky hospital appointment looks like I missed a good match?

Was there any rain? I decided to walk home from hospital, got caught in torrential rain! Hoping it takes its time heading south.

And Cilic has the first set.

But Daniil has disappeared.

Cilic is playing really well. He's looking good.

It rained earlier at the start of the day ILoveYou3000 but I don't think it has done since then.

Marin's playing so well.

Didn't know Prince Charles coached tennis.

wish they wouldn't do that. Why can't they pick a game and stick with it for the duration

Barty appears to be on both channels, and I can't find the Cilic match on the red button.

Finally found the match on iplayer
To only find Mac waxing lyrical and a load of slow mo audience

Does the bbc not realise that not everyone has a tv with iplayer on so it takes for ever to open laptop- larger screen and flash it up

Who are our favourites? Barty and Federer?

Barty, hands down. I've never liked Federer.

Marin is playing really well- but watching on iplayer annoys me, because it is harder to switch between channels.

Barty has a great opportunity. She is bookies favourite by a long way. But the ladies can be so unpredictable so who knows.

Majestic they can. It's never a foregone conclusion (as it so often is with the men).

I would have loved to see Simona defend her title, but I do like Ash.

I like Ash too. She's having a good match, for the most part.

Feel for Medvedev, but it's nice to see Marin doing well.

I feel for Daniil Grouchy- but he will get more chances if he loses this.

I just can't see anyone beating Djok, unfortunately.

I like Ash. She's only 5' 5", she must feel dwarfed by the other players

I'm a big Marin fan, and I'm just keeping an eye on this match on scores only, as I'm very nervous with his opponent being Medvedev. Marin deserves some good fortune at last.

Medvedev has broken- could this be when the match changes? Wouldn't be the first time.

Tall he does, he was on such a good run of form, and then it all fell apart .
