What a fantastic performance by Andy. He’s such a great guy, and he has worked so hard to get back to Wimbledon. I’m delighted for him.

It’s obvious he isn’t the same athlete he was at his peak, but his shotmaking skills are as impressive as ever. If he can find a bit more on his first serve to win a few more cheap points, he could progress into the second week.

Only watched 8 hours yesterday & about 10 today.

But I did get out for an early walk & had a random chat with another woman who said her mum use to call it 'fish finger fortnight' as she was not going to cook whilst tennis was on!! Great attitude.

Being on my own I can live on eggs, salads & sarnies this fortnight.
