It is very tense- and Petch has been very rude about the match on a number of occasions - commenting on the quality and saying it's like shots you'd see at your local park.

Sam Smith, is she the worst commentator? I know we have a lot to choose from, but she was emphatically stating the ball was in when Hawkeye subsequently showed it well out! At which point she said “oh we don’t use that system here”... 🙄🙄🙄

I like Sakkari but didn’t really mind who won - it would have been good to (potentially) have 2 Greek players in the finals

Sam's calls may be rubbish but I really like her as a commentator. She knows when to shut up & always refers to female players as women, not ladies or girls.

Apparently the first men's semi final starts at 13.50 (uk time). That seems oddly specific .

The women's doubles starts at 12- but on Simmone-Mathieu (I wonder why not Lenglen?).
Not sure if it will be on tv- the men's weren't (still cross about not getting to see Mahut).

No, the doubles isn't on- I don't know why. I'm sure they have shown it in previous years. Maybe they have an agreement with someone else to show it? What ever the reason, it's annoying.

Looking at the scores, the long match yesterday doesn't seem to have affected Barbora so far. But since we can't watch - for all we know, she's standing back and letting Siniakova do all the work .
