Is anyone else obsessed with modern family? It's my easy watching show, along with friends. I start from the beginning, and then when it's finished start all over again! I adore it.
What's your favourite episode/moment and who's your fave character?
I love them all, but Gloria is my favourite.
My best moments are Jay slapping the chicken, and cam screaming for stella in the street.
Best episode is cam and mitch's wedding!

Cam and Gloria are my favourites then Phil.
I love the relationship that Cam and Lily obviously have, probably because he always carried her everywhere.
Manny is a bit too girl mad for my liking, he's too young.

I watch Modern Family, the US Office and Parks & Rec on rotation when I need cheering up :)

I also love 30 Rock, arrested development, Silicon Valley and Party Down but they’re not quite as wholesome 😬

I really wanted them to break the stereotype with Hayley and pretty girls, for her to be strong and independent and at least happily single...don't know why they were so keen on shoehorning Dylan into storyline.

The episode where Phil's lifetime supply of razors runs out. Also the one where he brings a random bloke home from the gym! Was it Matthew Broderick?

Love Modern Family, can never fully commit to a favourite, probably Phil or Clare though.

One of my top scenes is Mitch and Cam at the airport after taking sleeping pills. Hillarious!

I love love LOVE Modern Family. Gloria is one of my favourites, but I wish she had a job and wasn't just a 'kept woman'.
Ditto with Claire, I suppose.

What I love about the show is that all the characters are strong. There isn't a weak link who has to be carried by the others. Lily is a bit whiny and annoying, but compared to British child actors, still pretty good!
The humour is just impeccable, and the characters so likeable. Love it.

It is also so lovely to see the younger characters grow up throughout the seasons. I haven't seen the last couple of seasons yet but it's up there as one of my fave shows ever.

Agree I love watching them grow up, it makes me so emotional!

OMG, we just adore modern family in this house. Finally watched the end of series 11 yesterday and I cried so much 😭 we watch it all the time. My kids love it. I genuinely don’t think I have a favourite (although Claire’s hair in the Paris episode is just stunning). Two of my favourite quotes are Mitch

My favourite episode was one in Vegas (?) for Gloria or Jays birthday and there's this incredibly choreographed situation with the wrong hotel rooms and a huge misunderstanding- can't remember the details now but do remember being blown away by the complexity of it when I first watched it. It's like 3 or 4 different scripts overlapping and yet still making sense like that quiz where you give the answer to the previous question!

I am watching it again on Disney+

There are a few I haven't seen, which are a treat when I realise I don't know the story.

I love them, it is so well written and proper LOL funny.

One of my favourites is when they can't get into the restaurant so end up eating from the Burrito van. Claire and Mitch are wearing matching outfits and Phil's suit splits

LOVE the Vegas episode.

And yes the streetcar named desire references are fabulous.

I've seen them all 200 times apart from the last episode. Cant bring myself to watch it.

Especially as Haley didn't end up with Andy 😭😭😭😭

I change my mind between Cam and Phil being my faves.

Love it! I do the same and watch it on a loop even managed to get my children into it too! Phil and Cam are my favourites...... love the one where Cam locks lily in the car and he's screaming LILY and the operator says please tell your wife to relax.
I laugh out loud when lily has started her periods and everyone comes round to talk to her and Alex starts and lily shouts "go home nerd" and when Manny starts she shouts "get the f**k outta here Manny" I actually love older Lily.

I LOVE Modern Family. Cam is by far my favorite. I love any scene with him in it! Love Mitch, the dad and Clare too. I find Manny and Luke annoying, and wouldn't miss them from it.

My favorite episode is when Mitch has a job interview - he goes to the guy's beach house for them to get to know each other. Cam doesn't want him to get the job, so is being noisy and hanging around when Mitch is asking job related questions. Cam slurps up his drink noisily through a straw, and Mitch says "I think you got it, Cam!!". So funny to watch!

Modern family is one of my comfort shows.

Cam and Mitch’s wedding makes me cry every time.

Watched it for years as comedy Friday with The Middle on Sky.

Still watch regularly on Alexa when cooking, never tire of it. Visited the Dunphy house on holiday - lots of private property signs so got the kids to jump out for a couple of very quick photos.

I used to watch it avidly up until the sixth season, then decided a couple of weeks ago that I’d watch the seasons I’d missed.

My God, I sobbed at the final episode.
