I think Jacob will spot the ring raising suspicion and/or Meena will realise there's something going on with David and Victoria and will threaten Victoria in some way that makes Victoria realise what Meena has done.

I think Meena will attack Victoria just as Robert walks in the door having been freed from prison. He will hit her over the head with a frying. As he is being arrested Aaron and Ben will be walking by having a "laugh". Robert and Aaron will lock eyes and the world will stand still until Robert is bundled into the police car. Aaron will look at Ben and think "really?". In a couple of years time we will find out that on that very day Meena and Manpreet had an argument and Manpreet pushed Meena who fell and hit her head.
Or something...

I can see the whodunnit being spun out for a very long time. Sadly I thought when the deed was done, that would be the end of Meena, but you know how much the scriptwriters like to prolong the stay of a character that the viewers hate.
