Thread to continue discussion of this years cheese fest

There seem to be a lot of songs that aren’t in English this year. Albania, Serbia, Switzerland, Spain, Ukraine, France, Italy. Plus Russia (in part) and Netherlands (in part). Although Portugal are bucking the trend by singing in English rather than Portuguese (for the first time?)

Hello all, can I join? I've been following your semi final threads, and enjoying them very much. We don't have a working TV at the moment, so I'm very much hoping that it will be possible to watch live on iPlayer...

Not particularly taken by many of the songs this year. My favourites are Iceland (of course), Russia, Ukraine, Malta, Lithuania and Belgium. Israel, San Marino and Sweden are ok, too. I'm definitely here for the up-tempo numbers (apart from Belgium, which is pleasingly menacing), so hope that one of them wins! Embers is ok, but a bit meh - hopefully we'll get a handful of points, but will probably still come in the bottom 3 .

I can't wait to watch 😊😊
