Nick was given a burner phone to contact Harvey in jail. And I think we're supposed to believe Harvey secretes the phone somewhere and only uses it for "business"!

If Roy has had a haircut he must have had a visit from Health and Safety. Not before time either, he has worked in that cafe for years with hair uncovered and falling over his eyes, as well as the dirty pinny and cardigan.
