Alina is just like a whingey teenager, she is getting on my nerves!

I can't see her being a long term character. Nice enough girl, but I don't think she adds anything to the programme. I can't see me ever being invested in a storyline of hers. I feel like she served her purpose in the Jan storyline and that should have been the end for her.

I thought she'd be gone after the nail bar trafficking thing! She went for a while then re-appeared if I remember rightly

I wondered about that when Leanne asked him for his key! I thought it was his house and then decided I must have been mistaken.

Faye looked lovely- but I cringed when she gave Craig the "come hither" eyes and took the wine upstairs. That's one bedroom scene I'm glad we've been spared.

I think that's the trouble with Covid - nobody can touch or kiss so they just have to show them going upstairs! 🤣

Just caught up wow. This is at least like old Corrie days. People have shacked up with other people’s husbands and moved away with less drama than one kiss. It is because that’s how it is in real life more. Not passionate sex in a lift one day it’s slow falling out love and finding your mind after something else.

Agree that he need the house and Ruby back. But for now it gives them space. Though he could have taken Ruby to the caravan for some space or even both kids. This is what it’s like when you don’t marry she has nothing (had nothing before they met) and would end up some gritty bed sit. It’s not even like Hope is his child so no maintenance to be paid.

Good story line- and yes I think Fizz will come out fighting. Nik is wet tea towel in comparison. He’s my key on my flat I’m paying for, move in your fella!

Don’t understand why people are saying he needs to take the house and Ruby back, what strange reasoning. Fizz is the only mother Ruby has ever known, how cruel that would be to both Fizz and Ruby removing her from her home, her mum and her sister just because she isn’t Fizz’s biological daughter, they have been a family for all their childhood. Tyrone could turf them out and keep Ruby and move Alina in legally I guess, but morally I don’t think he would do that and I think Evelyn would have a lot to say about it if he did. Mind you lust is blind, it will be interesting to see how this story develops.

The problem is they were never married so she had no right to get any share of the home. She hasn’t been a step mum in any legal way. Agree it’s difficult for both girls but both adults can’t live together so either each child lives with their bio parent or one parents gives up their child for what EOW?

No winners. But they have been together for 5y so Ty could still met someone marry and have loads more kids and new family. Different if the girls were 16/17 and not long before off to uni. They still have 2/3 of childhood to be lived.

Ty is good guy I’m sure he support them as best he can with housing but best he could do would be take out a loan for rent deposit and 6monthw rent?

If he sold his tiny house still not going be enough to buy 2 tiny flats and he has grandma look after too.

I haven't seen much of this storyline as I've missed a few episodes, and it seems to me like it kind of came out of nowhere... but people are talking about him and Alina becoming a couple, moving in, etc.

Is she actually as into him as he is her? I've not seen her say much about it all, other than how hated she is.

Well Ty admitted he’s in love with her. But I doubt it’s true it’s just someone to fantasy about after he feel out love with Fizz. She is hold a cushion and looking sad so who knows! Could be love match of the century or they could go on a date and find they have nothing in common and Ty snogs taste of axial grease!

So how does it work with Ruby not being Fiz's child and Tyrone moving out... Will he not take custody of her...

No he chose to leave the family unit so I would not expect him to take Hope, like I said he can legally take Ruby but I don’t think that would be in the best interests of the children.

In soaps they never think of the children's welfare, Tyrone is infatuated and probably could have moved past this and stayed with Fiz

Does Ruby's mother have any say, or did she give up all parental rights? She'd thump Alina.
Perhaps someone will unexpectedly inherit money and it will be ok.

I think Kirsty moved to Spain. Pretty sure Tyrone tracked down her mother to check when he thought she was stalking him (but it was actually Maria, who had gone barmy).

Yes I think it would. Fizz has always suffered from self esteem issues, then Tyrone kisses this young attractive girl. I love this storyline, just so simple and real. I prefer this to the usual ott plots.

I was giving my OH the side eye when we were watching the scene where Tyrone confessed.
