Bloody hell, that opening episode was diabolical. Almost comically bad.

Oh no don't say that! I'm really looking forward to watching it tonight.

I really enjoyed it so glad Faith is back on our screens!

It was very slow. I re-watched it today because I fell asleep 15 mins in last night.

Just watched episode 2 and it gets better, though I can't find anymore episodes on the BBC iplayer

Absolute shite

I'm enjoying it - I could watch Eve Miles painting a wall - she's mesmerising.
I can't get over how angry and rude Faith is though - she's destroying Meghan and she can't see it - that poor middle girl gets no attention - very upsetting to watch.
In her scene with her mum, it was like she was taken over by a demon.

I like Eve Miles too, but this was woeful.

On episode 4 here - I am enjoying it but getting more and more cross at how crap a mum she is. She dumped her poor Meghan to go and sit with the sick boy who was asleep - and at this point he wasn’t even her client! She left the 3 kids in the house to drive to Swansea to see her mum - a conversation in which all she said was “leave me alone”. What was the point in that - a phone call could have done. She dumps on her best friend all the time - no wonder her friend can’t find a way to make her life work - she’s living Faith’s life!!
Then the added complication of the police man down in London - she doesn’t like an easy life does she?

Is it a new series or a repeat? I've not seen it advertised...

Oh! I'll have to see if I can find it on the iPlayer. Strange that there's been no promotion- almost as if they aren't bothered about it!

Well I’ve finished it. Enjoyed it but there was some terrible acting in the last episode - Rose just wasn’t very believable with that gun - it was all overly hammed up and she’s a well known actress. I still couldn’t get over how negligent Faith is with her kids and now she’s having a fourth!! Lord help them. And the plot re the boy with cancer was quite unbelievable. But I did enjoy it - just gobsmacked at how complicated a life she leads but I suppose without that drama, there wouldn’t be a plot!

I thought the ending for boy with cancer wasn't particularly believable.
Also I was surprised that Evan was able to track Faith's phone. I'm not familiar with iPhones but I would have thought that Faith would have disconnected any linked accounts with Evan 🤷‍♀️

He did something to her phone when he was in her kitchen - not sure really. I can’t believe she didn’t realise he was tracking her sooner!

I've just finished it gutted it's over really enjoyed it wonder if there could possibly be a 4th series with her being pregnant - shame she sold the house it was amazing!

I did enjoy it but thought the storyline with her mother was a bit far fetched and I was disappointed with the ending although I did predict it.

By the end of the last series I was hoping her husbands body turned up as didn't really give a shiny shite what had happened to him anymore.

Is it written by the same person?

I wondered if there were different script writers, this just didn't have the same feel.

I found Faith quite unlikeable, tbh.

Wait, what? She’s pregnant? How do you know that? Finished it tonight, I’ve enjoyed it but the Faith character is utterly unlikeable. She’s a crap parent, rubbish friend, unreliable colleague and yet everyone adores her .

Felt like they totally rushed the last episode.
With Faith being pregant im guessing Steve was the dad? Had to re watch just to catch the bit where you see shes pregnant.

Does anyone else feel that Steve Baldini deserved better? I know they had a lot to cram into the last episode, but having been such a central and complex character from the beginning, he became almost an afterthought at the end, with nobody really putting much effort into looking for him and then oh look, here he is in a body bag. Zip him up and on we go.
