My dh loves gravy in a Yorkshire pudding so it goes all soggy, whereas I prefer them dry. But meat on a roast needs gravy.

I made poutine after seeing Jacqui making it this week. It was ok, my gravy was too thin, and the cheese was too cold so made it all go cold very quickly. I used mozzarella as couldn't get hold of curd cheese.

Grace was so lovely. She did used to be much harsher but she seems to have mellowed with age.

Right two went through. Bazs satay sauce did not look appealing at all. Far too lumpy. Jo didn't really think through the brief and made it more restaurant food than street food. I think Marc seems interesting. I loved how he made his sweet and sour sauce using different ingredients to those normally used but it still was a sweet and sour. Very clever.

Looking forward to the whittling down now.

Why are they in raptures over Ross using the cooking juices? Doesn't everyone do that?

Perhaps they are remembering the bloody sous vide jus that was trickled all over what had been a very expensive piece of meat.

Apropos of nothing - I had haggis pakora from a local takeaway this weekend and it might just be my new favourite thing.

I too would welcome Stephan either having had quite a major character rethink or being whittled.

Bloody Nora indeed. I have felt that way on Tuesdays recently when a whole slew of progs I watch (they’ve all coincided this year to March April!) are released. Think last week there were 8 things - I’ve just cleared space on my sky box.
I do tend to watch masterchef and the circle live in lockdown life.
