Am I alone in thinking Spooks has totally lost the plot and is completely lacking in any coherence or logic now? None of it now makes any sense, and the whole Roz & the Iranian ambassador's wife thing with Adam is just ridiculous.

Am enjoying Gemma Jones' Connie James coming out of retirement - does that make her "Silver Service"? - more than I'm getting a buzz from Miranda Raison's Jo Portman. The boot of a car is the best place for her, as far as I'm concerned.

I can't hack things like continuity, sub-plots, etc Zebedeedoodah (is Zach Braff, or whatever his name is, alive or dead or what?), so am well into the events of Spooks 23, or whatever we're up to.

Love the satire, bluff and double-bluff, almost as much as I love Harry ..!

aarrgghhh - is Spooks repeated during the week as our Sky+ failed last night and didn't record it...........

Spooks isn't repeated but have a look on the BBC downloads site as you can download last night's episode to watch. Not sure of the web address but you should be able to navigate your way from the BBC homepage. I must say that next week's epi is a real CRACKER (watched it on BBC3). x

TV Links was another good one but it got taken down recently. These sites are, like Emma Watson, only just legal - they host links given by others so there can be "deniability".

Have any of you tried any of the interactive missions on the Spooks site? If so, how have you got on? Just need some reassurance that I am not the only useless wannabe Spook on the block! So far I have failed 3 out of 5 missions...

Oh, thank God, ShinyHappyRocketsGoingBang, I thought it was just me being perverted. So dazed was I by RPJ's nakedness that about a day later I suddenly realised that Ros might have been shot and not Adam's fancy woman.

This has probably been said before earlier in the thread, but why aren't they killing more spooks? I've always really enjoyed the fact that no-one is indispensible in the series. Tis what makes it so bloody thrilling normally. Let them die so I can get my thrills!

This series is soooo disappointing. Nowhere near as compelling as it used to be. Agree group dynamic isn't helping, but it's that bloody theme running through the whole thing that is winding me up. I want some different baddies!

If they can bring back retired spooks like Connie (I do like her) then I hope it's a teaser preparing us for the return of someone really good. Like Ruth. Or even Tom.

And what's with the sodding polo-necks? Why are they all suddenly wearing them? Is it a new uniform or something?

Is it me or is this series harder to follow? I am having to watch each episode twice to keep up with what's going on! Last night's BBC3 episode had me fairly flummoxed...

Can someone tell me what exactly IS a "nuclear trigger" ?

Is it something made up for telly?

I'm sure that building a nuclear warhead is more complicated than just collecting the right parts of Lego

I just watched the the last two episodes last night bbc1 and bbc3. I agree that you have to watch them very closely (thats why I record them so I can go back and make sure I understand). but I thought they were great. really intense and thought provoking. I like the way they have revealed that Yelta is set on taking away the grip the US has on the world. I have lived in US for a long time and I think it is a great country and they do a LOT of good, but they are abusing their strength and their resourse buy getting into other peoples business, and using democracy as the reason to quell all evil. dont know what a nuclear trigger is but apparently they need them. can't wait for next weeks episode.

Next week's epi (on BBC3) looks fantastic. Might have to stay up and watch it if I can keep my eyes open after my 5.30am start!
