I'm new to Netflix! Give me some ideas of what to watch?

Finally got Netflix.

Which are the must sees?

I like historical/period dramas
A good drama
I love a good documentary
Also any other recommendations welcome!

The Crown may be a good one to start with. I haven’t watched the most recent but the previous series are really very good.

I've seen so many people on fb talking about Brigerton, looking forward to giving that a go too. Haven't heard of Queens Gambit, will look it up, thanks:-)

What are your interests, though? A “good” drama or documentary can encompass a lot of subjects!

I agree with The Crown, though!

For “a good drama” The Queen’s Gambit (about a female chess prodigy)?

Money Heist is the best thing ever. I'm watching it for the third time.

What’s better than a costume drama? A Korean costume drama! Currently really enjoying 100 days my Prince. Super cheesy and it transports me out of my funk.

How to get away with murder - absolutely brilliant 6 seasons but has the best ending ever :)

Crown, Bridgerton, Queens Gambit, Madmen for starters.

If you want a change of genre Peaky Blinders, Offspring, Suits, House of Cards, Ozark, Grace and Frankie, Schitts Creek, Lupin, Dash and Lily, Emily in Paris, White Lines, Orthodox etc etc.

I’ve just finished this and I agree. Wow!

Bridgerton is very fluffy and inaccurate but entertaining enough. Queens Gambit is excellent and I like re-watching North and South on netflix which is great.

Really enjoying The Last Kingdom at the moment.
