SheldonesqueIsAnExVirgin I think Lauren may have been misrepresented so don't want to comment on her too much.

But in terms of Matt re " He can’t accept that a woman might have a more varied sex life than him but is happy to lose his virginity to her." To be fair to Matt he lost his virginity to her before the words swinging or three-some or even ex-lesbian were mentioned.

"He is a bloody odd fish. And I’m glad he is away from it. He made for uncomfortable viewing." I find it odd that he is considered this way, I think he is a nice, thoughtful young man who went on a game show. He was very poorly on his honeymoon and very nervous. I don't think he has done anything at all to be reprimanded for.

Anyway, that's how I see it. Nowadays swinging and three-somes are less odd than virginity. I find that odd!

I think he was breaking free!
What better way to escape from a controlling family than to do it on TV! They couldn't interfere without looking awful and he got to escape their clutches!

What do people think of Nic even participating in the show?

I think its quite wrong/heavy that an unsuspecting woman is given a man who cannot conceive without IVF and I would in the reverse.

It's different if that is a burden you've chosen because you love a man and not had thrust upon you.

I think it forms part of why Cyrell is all over the shop.

You know - that isn’t an odd thought!

And it adds more to it when you read janejeffer’s thoughts on it!

I think I would run for the hills if someone mentioned that they were into all sorts. Absolutely fine if folk like things like that of course - it isn’t for me. I’m probably regarded as very dull in that regard. So I can understand him being flighty.

I wonder if he’d hoped to be paired with another virgin? Or someone demure?

As Loz may well have been edited ‘creatively’ , it is a bit of an enigma. it would have been great if, in this instance, we were party to what was actually said.

I think that he was a bit odd but we all are in our own way! It is just a shame that he didn’t have the emotional maturity to deal with Loz better. Saying that at the dinner party (not attracted to her, yadda yadda and saying she was into this and that) was not a lovely thing to do.

Thinking back, they both got a raw deal. Like most of these pairs. They seem to be taking this ixperiment a little too far. Sad

And for what it is worth, I think it is rather lovely that someone keeps their virginity for someone special. 😊.

I don’t like him at all. There are no redeeming qualities in that one.
Ines is being slightly more honest.

I cannot understand why Bronson is so blind to her disinterest.

I guess I just hope they do ask them about all kinds of scenarios.

I agree and also I don't think he was that keen on Ines. But if you liked your partner then they cheated (like Lizzie liked Sam) much worse

Hmm... it's all very lovely saving your virginity for someone special, not so lovely losing your virginity on a reality tv show... I think Matt treated Lauren disgracefully. He definitely used her and I felt the threesome and swinger conversation was manufactured to add a bit of drama. It backfired spectacularly. Lauren was quite rightly pissed off with it all. She was far more graceful than many of the others on the show. I thought she left with dignity, considering she was made to look like a complete harlot!*
