I don't know I find the Lucas being back story a bit boring. It lacks credibility and the new head Chelsea is not a great actress.

Yes apparently he was convicted of murdering Trina, Owen and also pre-meditatedly murdering a third person - a woman he killed to make it look like Denise was dead or something looney-tunes like that. He was also done for lots of kidnapping and abduction and attempted murder of Denise I think.

There's no way he'd ever get out of prison after 10 years, not with a prison escape and recapture under his belt.

Owen was at one point buried under a tree (for Trina?) in Albert Square and Lucas killed the dog that tried to dig him up. I think it was his son's dog, but I don't remember the son at all.

Sad to say, I bet any tv channel would receive more complaints about the demise or killing of a dog in a soap drama than the rape or murder of a woman! It's how desensitized we've become, even if it is only fiction :(
