Im still hoping Tina has actually escaped and was not dead.
The focus on the bit of shower curtain poking out was quite deliberate.

Did Billy say something about that teapot being worth £10,000? My hearing isn't what it once was. Surely even he couldn't be that thick. Not sure Jay and Honey will last anyway. This is EE after all.

Was watching re-runs of Not Going Out the other day, need something to make me laugh, and Jay was in it, he was about 10. He was terrorising Lee Mack.Grin

There’s no way honey and Jay will last. They’ll go through all the stress of being a secret then the wrath of Billy and Lola and in a few weeks when it’s all calmed down they’ll realise they aren’t that special after all. They’ll either have Jay kiss someone else his own age or honey will develop her eating disorder again and hide it from Jay and he’ll sulk and dump her.

I don’t think so. A drug dealer in the pub said previously that she had already been given the money. Did he give her money in advance of a job and the job is to repay her lian? That’s the impression I got but I don’t know if I’ve picked things up wrong. I think Lucas is just her drug mule and she doesn’t care if he gets caught. Wouldn’t they be bringing them from Ibiza to the UK not the other way around?

He’s worried about protecting her but he’s smart and isn’t going to go to prison for her. Or did she organise someone to beat him up to scare him into thinking someone was after him. I don’t understand that tbh.

I think Billy said the teapot was worth £2K? But I might have misheard. Daft Billy - it looks like a supermarket teapot that you'd spend a tenner on at most.

I said ages ago that Whitney would be Grays next victim, and we all agreed that it would be a shame, because Whitney the victim has (literally) been done to death. But it does seem likely.
I wish I cared more about the Lucas storyline, but I don't like him, Chelsea, or Denise enough to be interested.

Billy smashed up the teapot so the whole ' new life running a stall ' thing won't last long either. Not how they behave on tv antiques shows.

Him and Lola should just get a place together and be just miserable in each other's company.
Gray isn't bad looking it's true , but his so horrible and manipulative you can see his evil soul. I Hate him. I'm sad that it's Whitney ( again) she's had no luck with men. None. Let's hope she finishes him off or something ( or her and Shirley who has been taken in by the smooth lawyer act)
Where does Mick work now as that flat must cost a fortune in rent and Linda only has work now and again.

Linda and Mick have money from the sale of The Vic to Ian, and Karen gave up the launderette job to look after Gray's children so Linda took that. I remember Karen referencing this in a previous episode.
However, their savings will be taking a beating.
What rank is Jack in the police? He is very sanguine about giving a rent free flat to Lucas and losing £1k+ a month in rent.
Economically, Eastenders just doesn't make sense. But if you remade the programme with the demograph that can afford to live in a square like that, it would be so boring.

Billy has made an absolute fanny of himself. Why didn't Lola tell him that she'd known only a short time, and had insisted that they come clean? They always leave out such details.

Lexi talking about her ideal wedding and wedding dress. Lola responds by telling her that her future husband better be loaded. Clearly it would be out of the question for Lexi to earn it on her own Confused Talk about a lack of aspiration!
