There's no way on earth Bruno Mars would be doing this show in the UK at this point in his career.

If the costumes all have some sort of relevance to the person - the Badger's biker outfit would be a reference to Kevin's character in Rock of Ages. I would love it to be Ne-Yo though!

I agree with Blob but think Sausage is Sheridan Smith. And Harlequin Beverly Knight (or Gabrielle).

Anybody who doesn’t believe that Viking is Morten needs to watch his performances again then listen to ‘Cry Wolf’ and ‘I’ve been losing you’ where his fluting voice is best demonstrated. It is totally him!

I'd only seen bits and pieces of this series until today when I've been catching up on performances I haven't seen. Two notes into Songbird I knew it was Morten, his voice is so distinctive.

Agreed. I've seen a-ha live quite a few times and while he is mostly amazing, his voice does wobble at times.

I'm not actually sure whether it was the show that said the costumes were relevant or if it was a fan theory. Very tenous clues if they are! I don't know about Swan and Seahorse but I thought Sophie E-B's costume was a two-fingers to the likes of Robbie Williams who I think said things like she looked like an alien in her early career.

The "Silly" sausage is a clue to initials SS.
Ashton Merrigold is a Robin because his first TV appearance as a child was singing Rockin' Robin
Morten Harket is Viking because he's from Norway
Why Gabrielle is a Harlequin though...not a clue!

I was thinking Harlequin because she covers half her face. The harlequin is a masked singer/entertainer. The viking costume seems a bit obvious for Morten given the others are more oblique. Why is Lenny a blob?
