Louis is quite tall though isn't he? Long legs? Viking looks quite small to me

If you look at the costume, the eye hole area is at the top of the hat so it's actually a pretty tall guy in there

I think Grandfather Clock is John Barnes.

Peter Crouch could be the blob one as he is very tall, but it could just be the costume.

I think clock is David James, the talking voice sounded like him and when he was on Strictly he mentioned being a grandfather a lot. The height seems to fit as well. Also wasn't he always considered one of the more intelligent footballers?

I have a very out there suggestion for Harlequin, and feel embarrassed to mention it but here goes , Mathew Baynton, went to clown school, portrayed a jester in Horrible Histories, is known as a giggler, Ghosts is filmed in a stately home, albeit not the one in the video. The hand movements seemed to fit too. The voice is way off though.

Convinced Grandfather clock is Glenn Hoddle...sounds exactly like him (both singing and talking) and he said he is not a stranger to performing and he had a dodgy hit single in the 80's.

Grandfather Clock is tall, whoever he is: isn’t the presenter guy 6’4” or something? The clock’s limbs were at lease as long.
