It's almost setting them up for failure because they're going to be rushing so much.

This... With bells on. I think setting contestants up for failure is a feature of a lot of these programmes: Bake Off, Sewing Bee and Pottery Throw Down etc. Which is a shame in some ways... Yes, makes the shows more dramatic but it also means that sometimes we don't seee what the contestants are really capable of.

God - they are all so inventive and gifted.

SoupDragon · 17/01/2021 20:05

@SchadenfreudePersonified

I have three of the buggers Wolf - it's non-negotiable.
Oh dear god... I have only one and struggle 😂
SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:05

@LaChatte

Oh god those mushrooms are going to be so fragile.
I was thinking that . . .
Wolfcub · 17/01/2021 20:06

Schaden I remember your morning walk stories on another thread. I've been waiting for a rescue spanna since June last year. Due to covid I am still patiently waiting.

SoupDragon · 17/01/2021 20:07

Poor whale!

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:09

I would love another - or maybe a terrier (I luffs terriers!), but Mr Schaden, he say "NO!" Sad

HeadNorth · 17/01/2021 20:10

The ideas are so inventive - and the potters so interesting. I love this programme.

Wolfcub · 17/01/2021 20:11

Some of these are fab

SoupDragon · 17/01/2021 20:13

These are amazing

Sunbird24 · 17/01/2021 20:13

Evening all!
These are amazing!

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:14

And they make it look easy - as long as you aren't building on an endangered species

SoupDragon · 17/01/2021 20:14

I hope the mushrooms survive.

LaChatte · 17/01/2021 20:14

Ok, so my next project is to make a massive fairy house.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:15

I'm praying none collapse on the way to the drying room . . .

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:16

Why does that sound like a contradiction in terms? Grin
SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:16

The mushroom house is incredible!

Wolfcub · 17/01/2021 20:16

Brick making looks quite satisfying

AaronPurr · 17/01/2021 20:17

I'm expecting a few to come to pieces in the drying room, there's some very fragile parts to some of the models.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:17

Oh, thank heavens!

I thought it was going to be another toilet. I detest toilet weeks.

BatleyTownswomensGuild · 17/01/2021 20:17

Anyone else fantasising about doing all manner of inappropriate things with Rich? He's bloody gorgeous...

SoupDragon · 17/01/2021 20:18

That clay reminds me of the bread dough I made this morning

LaChatte · 17/01/2021 20:18

I've got sore shoulders just watching them!

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/01/2021 20:19

He is Batley.

If he likes older, well-upholstered wimmin, I'm in with a chance.

I always wish they'd give them trolleys instead of making them carry cakes or pottery to the table but I think they want them to drop them for the drama Envy
