Generally find the family bit boring but they are all quite inspiring

Alex - talented and so young and really nice

Bart as a private chef is able to see his family. I often hear how families suffer when a chef works such incredibly long hours. Bart might well have been Michelin star if in a restaurant.

Santosh is incredible. To be earning at 12 years old selling plastic bags and labouring.

Completely agree that the final should be judged "at table" anonymously.

There must have been plenty of "not very busy" chefs and dining critics this Summer!
