Toyah is way too unstable to foster - I can imagine her bonding with a baby (that she keeps for more than 10 minutes) - refusing to return them, and it all getting very dark.

There is zero chemistry between Imran and Toyah and social distancing has made it worse. They should have brought Spider back as her love interest.

Why are imran and toyah being so bloody intense?? “This was his home for a couple of days and we’ll never forget that” you babysat. That’s it. It was never going to be an epic tale of child rescue and a life long bond. It’s very hard to watch their scenes. They’re being so idiotic.

It was ridiculous when Toyah was saying ‘But he won’t remember us’, all dewy-eyed disappointment. Of course he bloody won’t! Even if they’d had him for a year or more at that age he wouldn’t remember!

I thought the scene with Ken and Peter was well done and surprised that the script writers remembered Ken's suicidal episode.

That was my favourite scene in weeks. Maybe someone on the writing team watches the ITV3 episodes?

I think the script writers have been watching Classic Coronation Street in the afternoons.

Really cannot stand toyah, awful character and actress. As if imran would ever shack up with her.

I'm a few episodes behind, but my god how awful was Leanne throughout the awful Ollie story. Being emotionally abusive to everyone and vile to medical staff. The plot itself was awful but having Leanne barking like a dog in every bloody episode just made it impossible to watch. That's possibly why her howling and bawling brought out zero sympathy from me. Very badly played out.

Also annoying me no end is gormless Craig, bumbling fool alia, awful fizz, Maureen lipman with her unfunny wisecracks and Shona. Don't even get me started on Ray. It's just so appalling, I have to stop watching.

Forgot to say cannot stand gemma, Billy, gemmas brother and mum, Sean, Tyrone, beth, faye, Sarah... the list is endless. How has Anthony cotton got a job??!

Toyah used to be an eco warrior with purpose and principles. She had character and passion. Spirited and, flipping hell she even smiled! Now she’s a struck off counsellor who committed some sort of baby fraud, uhhmmed and ahhed for 30 seconds about applying for a job with a poor ethical history before going ahead and applying, and now she’s is borderline dangerously obsessed with fostering children and pretending they’re her own. Where is the Toyah we knew years ago? All her principles gone. “Just give me all the babies!” And Imran enabling it all.

How has Anthony cotton got a job??!

We have decided he must have dirt on someone high up in Corrie. It’s the only explanation.

Unlikely. Their relationship started as a bit of, 'afternoon delight' in the office one afternoon because Toyah wanted what Leanne had just had.

Then....what seems like all of a sudden......Toyah and Imran are living together and they are an established couple. What does he see in her ? Like others have said - no chemistry.

Toyah is so selfish, it's a good thing that the baby won't remember being away from his mum, and be traumatised by it. Fostering is done for the children, not so people can enjoy playing happy families. Sorry for rant, foster carer here. Agree that Sally was great.

Absolutely this! Tbh I want toyah to show this behaviour in-front of social services so they can explicitly state what you have just said. I think Corrie are being irresponsible portraying it as toyahs route to a happy ending and sad when she has to give her toys back.

Toyah is the pits. Dreadful character, dreadful storyline awful acting. She needs to go.
