Anyone see this, this week? Its on youtube and the gmtv website as well. She seemed restless and was rambling on like she was on drugs or something. At the end of the interview she was on Andrew whatshisname on Gmtvs knee! It doesnt show you that bit though it cuts off before that! i had to go and check out the interview after reading about it. She looks in a bad way and seriously needs help, ive never seen her go on like that on telly before. Ill try and link it but im not sure how to link.

Try and do a link.... tis easy these days

pirategirl · 21/10/2007 11:45

hi i saw it, and felt the same. She seemed very nervy. I thought maybe cos she feels she had alot to prove in that interview, but no, I felt it was more thanthat.

Very twitchy. Seems in the middle of a crisis, and is just rebounding from one thing to another imo.

here

tiredemma · 21/10/2007 11:47

saw it on youtube this morning.

she did look off her head but she is bipolar and so she could either be suffering from drug side effects or her behaviour is from the illness itself.

If her behaviour is not related to her mental illness then I would imagine that she possibly was on something.

2mum · 21/10/2007 11:47

I know she is yorkshirepudding, maybe thats what it is.

there was a thread out this on the day, I feel sorry forher but agee she did seem very anxious and uncomfortable, she knows she needs publicity to try and stay in the game as its her livelihood but she is very much bouncing from one crisis to another

tiredemma · 21/10/2007 11:49

I waver between feeling empathy for her and feeling nothing.

Bipolar is a bloody awful thing to have, especially if you cant take the drugs to control it.

twinsetandpearls · 21/10/2007 11:50

I am bipolar and when I have been on certain medications I have acted like that.

2mum · 21/10/2007 11:50

Is medication not allowed while being pregnant?

OP posts:
twinsetandpearls · 21/10/2007 11:51

I especially get like that when I am feeling shit and trying to overcompensate.

I feel quite sorry for her if some of the daft things I did during an episode were blasted all over the media you would all be laughing at me on here or blasting me as a shit mum

twinsetandpearls · 21/10/2007 11:52

I took a medication while pregnant, some SSRI's can be taken while pregnant. But that was before I was diagnosed as bipolar and they thought I was just anxious.

2mum · 21/10/2007 11:53

Shes had a lot of people selling stories about her taking drugs and when you see her behaving like that its hard to tell if its because shes ill or has taken something.

chocolatemummy · 21/10/2007 11:54

she is a troubled soul who was dragged up in and out of care from what I have heard, her night in shining armour went off with a thinner, quieter woman leaving her with two very young kids and a very public humiliation after she had consistently told the world how much she loves him and how fabulous he is,
She has not gone about things the right way and needs a good mentor by her side very much like Britney, when itds all glam and success they are surrounded by hangers on and when it hits the rocks were are their FRIENDS and family-busy making money from the press

ArmadilloDaMan · 21/10/2007 11:56

TBH if she's bipolar adn can't take her medication cos she's pregnant, that could explain her behaviour.

IT's not that bad.

Though reminded me why I don't watch GMTV

pirategirl · 21/10/2007 11:59

i was on my meds whilst pg, there was no substantial evidence or research done on whatthe effects wouild be on my baby, becuase the drug is so young.

I made the decision to stay on them, tho it was a hard decision.

If Kerry is bi-polar, then she is prob in a right state half the time, and then if she is doing drugs too, she must be on a terrible spiral.

I wish she would just have someone inher life, a counsellor, or friend who could say 'stop'. How is she going to handle this new baby? She is obv very determined to prove everyone wrong and she has alotof fight, but she has to give herslef a break.

2mum · 21/10/2007 12:00

Its not really bad behaviour but shes not her usual self in that interview. She has been let down big time by friends and family but theres two sides to every story. Theres no doubt her mothers a disgrace and i wouldnt wish her childhood on anybody.

i think it is shocking that her illness or drug addiction is being exploited for our entertainment.

Kerry or Britney baiting seems to have taken the place of feeding the Christians to the lions or laughing at the circus freaks.

themoon66 · 21/10/2007 12:02

I'm confused.... I thought there was a thread on here a few weeeks ago saying Kerry had lost her baby.

2mum · 21/10/2007 12:03

I dont much about Bipolar. The first thing i thought when i seen it is she on drugs. She looked a bit doped up in it. If it is because of her Bipolar i have every sympathy for her.

OP posts:
pirategirl · 21/10/2007 12:05

i might have missed that then.

2mum · 21/10/2007 12:06

She didnt lose it after all, it was just a scare. I think she had been bleeding but every thing is ok. Thats just the way it is now twinsetandpearls, it is wrong but peoples problems sell magazines and make people rich.

OP posts:
twinsetandpearls · 21/10/2007 12:07

I know that is how it is and it won't change I just think it is a sad reflection on society.

2mum · 21/10/2007 12:13

I didnt realise there had already been a thread about this on mn.
