I just can’t take Kim seriously at all. She just walks around scowling and issuing the same threats over and over. There’s no character there. It’s like a wind up toy on repeat.

I hate to say it when Kim’s such a big legacy character, but her return has fallen flat for me. It all seems a bit... small-time. She needs a nemesis, as she had with Chris. (Weird when you think they were married in real life!) Petty rows with Cain and Moira just don’t compete.

Totally agree. Kim’s character works best when she’s evenly matched. Big money versus big money. A power struggle. Not pokey garage owner and random drifter.

Ethan is annoying me; not so much the character, but the fact that he’s now job-hunting because of ‘the whole planted drugs thing’, as it appears to be destined to be dismissed as. It’s not like he’s swapping one bar job for another - something like this could ruin a legal career. Why wouldn’t he have just shopped Sarah?! Her grandparents are both known local criminals for God’s sake!

Soaps usually show how justice is done when a character is killed ! What happened to Frank is shocking and Tracy would not forgive Amy , Amy needs to go

I don't know what the point of Luke is - he's not even attractive. I'm surprised Wendy hasn't been around poking her nose into he and Victoria's non-relationship.

I'm enjoying seeing Al's downfall. It's good to see the smug look wiped off his face and to see him going from "womaniser" to cheater and crook.

Emmerdale wants everyone to forget what Amy and Kerry did to Frank but the audience isn't playing ball.
