Gio just seems like a really genuine bloke.

I was lucky enought to go to watch the semi final when he was partnered with Debbie McGee and he was so lovely to her, including off camera. In one of their dances, she started from halfway up the stairs and Gio went up and gave her a kiss on the cheek before getting himself into position, which wasn't shown on on the show that went out, so I assume it wasn't just for show.

I would love to see him win - he always seems to have a really good relationship with his partners and I really wish he and Debbie McGee had won in their year.

I'm going against the grain. I don't rate Anton as a judge. I don't find him particularly articulate or mildly entertaining. I suggest Ian Waite!

Ridiculously late to the game but I watched Caroline thinking - well she'll be close to the bottom with Clara - and was boggled that she got such good marks. It looked really meh to me in terms of chachacha and on top of that there was the touching and licking and please will someone pour bleach into my brain so I can wipe that from my mind forever.

As always, for me, Bill brought a smile to my face and if he isn't in the finals with the wonderful Oti it will make me more sad than it should.

I've voted for Clara three times, she's lovely and I dont want her to go and I think Shirley is horrible to her.

Slightly bizarre scoring tonight I thought.

No way was Caroline's dance as good as they said, I must have been watching something else

Ranvir - atmosphere and chemistry was off the scale but the flicks were not the best and I agree with Craig the bent leg on the lunge looked odd.

Jamie though - not his biggest fan but that was an amazing dance!! Loved it and he deserves to be top of the leaderboard.

Anton - yes, his technical knowledge is great but I wish he would give some constructive criticism occasionally. It is all so positive but he must be able to provide pointers not for Latin obvs that would be really helpful but he doesn't

@Maireas My ideal panel would include Ian Waite and Karen Hardy but I'd take Anton over Bruno.

Agree that Anton is much better than Motsi as a judge. Better than Shirley too she’s just getting embarrassing now. Voted for
Clara, not her best dance but others overmarked for not better.
Bill, liked the proper ballroom vibe
Harvey, was either going to be him or Ranvir but I prefer the ballroom to Argentine tango

I hate to say this, cos it's so anti the sisterhood, but I think that dance would have looked better with Ranvir in a higher heel. It looked a bit 'school teachers legs'.

I think her dress was all wrong. It needed to be sexier and flouncier

I always remember how caring he was and how he treated Debbie who was a grieving, unconfident woman and how she was a different person by the end and he so should have won with Faye!!!

I agree, AnneShirley. CQ's dance was amusing, but am missing something.. Shirley is a stickler for footwork, so I thought her marks were surprisingly high. However, she seems taken with CQ's legs. Am vexed for Clara, not a great dance for her.

Ranvir, Harvey and Maisie were my favourites this week, in that order.

I hate-hate-hated Jamie's routine, but CCs always get overmarked.

Bottom 2 I think Clara (at least she had her moment of glory last week) and most likely JJ (even though he was much improved). JJ to go? I think Caroline might have saved herself by being entertaining even if kind of ridiculous. I bet she never intended to be the comedy act though. Bill an outside chance, he was a bit heavy footed in one of the skipping sequences.

Still enjoying Anton as a judge. I'd like to see him replacing either Motsi or Bruno - one overexcited hyper person is OK, two is just Too Much.

I’d be surprised if Bill is in the dance off - it seems to me that he’s getting the lion’s share of the public vote. But we’ll see. They’re all actually quite close together this week.

Really like the Ranvir and Gio partnership I was lucky to go to a live show and saw Giovanni he’s smaller than I thought and tiny waist so Ranvir must be very petite! I miss Flavia and Vincent’s Argentine tango days I loved them!
Caroline does the same dance every week with little variation, bored now.
Loved Jaime and Karen’s and didn’t think I would like him at all but he does put his all into it.
Otis and Bills dance was lovely , not keen on Maisie again feel like I’ve seen it all before even her dress looked similar.
Wish Anton was a judge every week not missing Motsi one bit!
