yep, I too have gone off Shane after last night, and if he knows the show, hell know that no amount of whispering will hide from the mics and cameras so he should know full well itll be broadcast.

To be honest I completely agree with Shane.

No one forces them to go on the show, and they're not doing it for charity. They know exactly what to expect, but they do it because They're getting a nice big pay cheque at the end of this. More than many people will earn in 10 years.

I have no sympathy for any 'celeb' who signs up to this, and then starts screeching when they have to do a trial. They don't have to be there, they can leave at any time. But 9/10 they won't because they're going to get about £200k or more for 3 weeks of work.

Surelu holly will be the first to go. Most of the time i forget shes even there.

Also, it's a bit like when planning your camping holiday.
It sounds great, in theory, when you're planning from the comfort of your warm, cosy home to sleep under the stars and get back to nature, the reality, when you're cold, grubby and sleep deprived, it's a different thing and you do wonder why the hell you thought it would be a good idea.

Yes I agree Winged especially if you were maybe a soap actor sitting at home watching "less celeb" celebs finding out the goss from people more famous than themselves, or jumping out of helicopters, or doing the final cyclone task. It would be quite easy to romanticise the experience and think you'd be ok with ten minutes of bug eating or sticking your hands in vile things, especially considering the financial rewards too.

I think there's a balance between pushing yourself and being too scared to cope. Jordan has been scared every time bit will come out having achieved loads. I know if it was me I would be too scared to actually do the tasks (like Jessica) and so I wouldn't go in to the camp / castle

I want Mo to win, he just seems like a really nice person.

I like Giovanna and Victoria. Plucky females. I think Hollie might be similar but haven't seen enough. Yes they have their irritating traits, but who doesn't. I don't think I could have kept quiet like Giovanna did with all that non-help over the cooking.

Incidentally, what's stopping people assisting with other people's tasks, as long as they still do their own?

And OMG YES, to the pp who said Shane was an idiot like all males for putting the washing up on soak and not just getting on with it. Honestly, that pettiness over the sequencing of tasks is what put me off far more than the bitching, which broadly was what we would all say. The unfairness in those comments was his assumption AJ hadn't been a wimp.

Shane was a right dick tonight. If he'd just washed the pots last night after dinner when the fire would have still been going to boil his bloody water, there would have been no problem in the morning. But he "left them to soak" LIKE EVERY MAN IN THE WORLD

Shane and Ruthie should have completed last night dishes at the time. Leaving something to soak is such a lazy thing to do and, as we then see, has consequences for those whose jobs follow that.

What frustrated me was that he didn't even realise - just got arsey. If he had said "shit, of course I didn't even think you would need it first thing, I'll do it now" life would have been a lot happier in camp.

I voted Jordan to be the leader but I am very disappointed he is being really weak about the bickering and he should be sorting things out. I thought it might give him the opportunity to show another side to him but apparently not!

Jordon is 30 , but carries on like his 18 and I bet his a sulk too! He has got some strong characters in there though so maybe his a bit intimidated or not really enjoying being the leader that much?
I know I'd hate confrontation myself.
AJ handled it better about the washing up : maybe his showbiz / dance background has made him tougher than he looks? He Can handle a bit of bitching?

Jordan’s whole schtick revolves around him being an overgrown kid he either can’t be a leader or doesn’t want to be because it doesn’t fit with him image.

I think you need quite a thick skin to be a pro dancer - AJ can handle a chores argument or two no bother.
