Just googled bone marrow brûlée and it’s been around a while. Sounds disgusting.

I read a story in Fortean Times about a guy who ate very rare pork a lot. He died from brain worms. True (ish) story.

The government should employ the head of the cauliflower marketing company to get their policies across. Two years ago you couldn't give it away and now you have to have 4 loads of it on every bloody plate.

The worms you get from pork are particularly nasty, there were several cases shown on 'Monsters inside me' apparently they're highly resistant to treatment and form protective cysts.

She wasn't too impressed by the pork or the bone marrow brulee.

I thought undercooked pork could give you tapeworms, which are nasty.

All of them had a very mixed performance today.
Creme brulee - yes. In bone marrow? No thanks, one of those little glass dishes will do me fine.
