There is hardly any women's cycling on but the BBC find time for macho American football? Of course they do. Sigh.

It's on around midnight on a Saturday - I bet even if they put cycling on then you'd complain about the time. There are a lot of NFL fans in this country, male and female.

Caroline started off promising totally over the top but then it got a bit boring. Not good, she needed to be either ridiculous or great to do the her theatre/luvviness justice. Jason wasn’t great, theme didn’t work with paso either. Think he’s a dance off cert. JJ and Amy’s routine was quite sweet and worked well but a bit over scored.

I do REALLY like it when a non dancer does well.
I'd ban all the ringers.

He did well.

I don't like Amy really though, have to admit.

Is it me or are the scores way more generous for dances than last year?

JJ seems very naturally elegant.

I do like JJ and Amy.

Motsi is a rubbish judge. She's just a place-filler really. I do think the judges bench is MUCH better without Bruno (Please - nobody else mention his name - if it is said 3 times he will appear)

My ds2 has disabilities and I think it's great for him to see.
I took him to the World Para Athletics as part of his 21st birthday present!
