I've had a shout in case they were nearby so they knew the door was open and could come darting in, but there's no sign of them. They're probably cowering under a car or something.

DS's cat was run over and killed when it was hiding under a car and the driver didn't realise - it was really upsetting for everybody - poor little thing, he wasn't much more than a kitten.

I effing HATE fireworks - we've had them for nearly two weeks here, but I did think that the last would have been used up last night - nut no, they've kept a few to drive the animals crackers yet again. It would be bad enough it it ws just the colours, but the noise is awful!

A couple of years ago the farmer across the way lost a calf when the cow aborted.
