I’m not liking the fact it seems like it’s permanently dark. That was something good about the jungle, seeing the sunshine every day!

I don't think Mo will get extra meals over the others. He'll just get a Halal equivalent depending on how many stars are won. But yes he did eat or try to eat the eel. I tried eel once that had over cooked on a bbq. It was disgusting!

The trail was filmed at night though. Or very early before it got light. It was dark outside unless that’s part of the staging.

Gio seems ok. A bit quiet , but there are some big personalities in there and she isn't as well known as some of the others. I like the one who plays Chantelle.

It's dark about 4pm these days, so maybe they do the trial then?

I dont mind of me see more action in the evenings as often that's when drama starts or if the trials are now late at night.
But its seems odd we didnt really see anything say from 11am till 6pm ?
I prefer to know what time it is.

A lot of Mumsnetters aren't overly supportive of other mums if they dare mention their kids too often, especially if they become well known partly through doing so.

She seems fairly nice. Certainly not done anything on the programme to warrant the unpleasantness. She's to be getting involved, getting in with it, etc and not making a huge fuss of anything thrown at them.

Those raving about the castle, you really need to ‘do’ the Welsh castles.

Shane also does a hand signal each time. He makes a V shape around his eye.

The jungle has a canopy above it to keep the worst of the weather off, the castle has inside and outside parts in a similar fashion really. Both times they've announced who's doing the trials they've said 'get yourselves ready we'll see you in a bit' so fairly certain it's at night.

Not everyone agrees with halal meat - the way the animal is killed. It isn't stunned first.

Giovanna is known through McFly and her brother being on towie which is how she started out as an author already known in celebrity circles but is successful in her own right. She seems really fun and pleasant on her social media and vlogs and I think it's really unkind to make mean comments just about someone being a mum that's done nothing to warrant it!

Fine but you also can't be surprised if you can picked up on it either.

For me it makes the threads unreadable and just seems mean spirited. Ah well, another thread to ignore I guess.

I think with I'm a Celeb and Strictly people see it as something they just want to do. Like a challenge for themselves.

I mean does Mo Farah really need the exposure?

Criticising and commenting on what you see happening on the show in front of you- fine.

Making snarky comments based on what you suspect about a person's character, without actually basing it on anything they are doing on the show is mean.

I think some people must want the experience and to try things out of their comfort zone! I think in recent years it's become more than Z listers trying to get noticed, there have been more well known and currently successful contestants.

I'd go in there for a fat pay cheque and a few weeks away from my own jungle
