Sadly, very very sadly, I am going to stick the boot in on Game Of Thrones. This was a show I was die hard about and yet no TV show has ever so badly fucked the landing since LOST. I remain bitter.

Agree with all of the above and was also coming on to say the last series of GoT, Daenerys just wouldn't have gone batshit like she did. The creators just got so carried away with their own fantasies. So disappointing.

Doctor Who

I’m with Eine ref the final season of Thrones AND the parallel with Lost.

I thought the previous seasons were the finest storytelling I’d ever seen on television. Then, they threw away, ignored or downright ruined story arcs which had previously been pitched to perfection.

The reveal of Jon as a Targaryen, Jon and Arya’s reunion, the battle with the Night King, all given the ‘so fucking what?’ treatment.

Six measly episodes to tie up hundreds of plot points? Fuck off the two Davids.

The Sopranos. Son-in-law bought us the entire box set as it's his favourite drama. We watched a few episodes with ever decreasing interest and gave up. Son-in-law not impressed with us.
