@happilybemused yes - I was living in Australia at the time and watched the whole series. He was really nice on there and he and Anna seemed genuinely loved up. I was so happy to hear they stayed together and got married (overly invested ).

Exactly my thoughts. Pretty much every scene has someone else walking in, and it's regularly got Pierce, Paul and Therese in there, not that often just one person. It's like they're being deliberately stupid. (Which they are.) Paul's response is going to be so tedious, and hypocritical, given his own past history.
