My dog is joining in the Christmas in July spirit by wandering around with his Father Christmas toy in his mouth.

To be fair, most of his toys are Christmas themed.

Chuckled at a Murray family Zoom interview with the BBC. Judy started on mute again and Andy lobbed his usual sarcastic comments at both her and Jamie. Looking forward to watching some tennis later

I've just watched the video- loved Judy on mute. They are a great family- might not be keen on Andy as player , but as ambassadors for the sport, and happy family relations, the Murrays are great .

Loved when Andy said he wouldn't take advice on cooking .

They should get Rafa on Masterchef. With his whisk.

Really enjoying watching the mixed doubles at the moment. Because it's the last match playing, everyone is watching and it's getting very vocal and rowdy (from the spectators)

It finished just before 9pm private
I watched it on the red button on my tv.
It was a good match. Lots of great rallies, Joe Salisbury in particular came up with some fantastic shots.
It went to a match tie break and Murray and Watson were 8-1 up with Heather serving......and lost 10-8!!
The British Bulldogs are leading 9-4 at the end of today.

Thanks kazza - that sounds v enjoyable, wish I'd seen it! Losing from 8-1 up though!!

The BBC only had one court on the red button yesterday. You had to use iplayer if you wanted to watch the other court. Whether it's the same today, I don't know. They played indoors yesterday but I think they're hoping to play outside for the rest of the week.
Probably the pick of the matches today are the two later ones, not to be played before 5pm. Evans vs Edmund, followed by Andy playing mixed doubles with the girl who beat Konta yesterday, Jodie Burrage? Can't remember who their opponents are

Thanks kazza. I need to check whether my red buttons are tuned in. I haven't used them since last year's Wimbledon when I would have to scramble around trying to find the right channel as soon as I head the Voice of Doom.

Good luck with the red button Jane - I’ve always found Sue (voice of doom) a bit annoying (mainly because of her fangirling over Roger) but I enjoyed watching her this non-Wimbledon

Just watching the mixed doubles which seems a bit more lively - it just makes me want to watch a real tennis tournament
