I forgot he has an ex wife. I'd be a great screen writer. If he had kids would he not take them on days out or to a caravan? Maybe a cottage in the lakes.

I am finding it all far more disjointed than it ever used to be.

Is it because suddenly they went from 6 to 3 episodes a week and each double episodes were written as mini stories so that's why we're find the writing a bit crap?

I think so, like they are written as two episodes per day but they don't make sense as stand alone.

Geoff was never nice at the beginning. He took the piss out of Audrey on the hospital radio when she first bumped into him. And he also bullied Brian over some seeds. I think he secretly dug them up or something, while Brian couldn't understand why they weren't growing. It showed a nasty streak.

Don't Imran and Toyah share with Craig? I thought they moved out of Nick and Leanne's flat when Imran accused Nick of being responsible for Rana's death. Does Ryan still live in the flat where Michelle and Robert lived? Where does Alya live?

Robert is dead. I think Vicky took the baby back to Ireland.

I think it’s quite safe to mention Robert without fear of him popping up, the last we saw of him he was dead. Although thinking about it there was no funeral, so who knows.. anything could happen!!

It really is weird that Robert was a huge part of the street for ages. With Tracy for a while, owned the bistro with Nick, with Michelle and her lads and then has a hidden baby with another woman.

Then bang.. shot.. dead, forgotten about completely. No send off, no wake in the rovers, no funeral scenes, no tearful music and sad scenes etc.

Maybe he will be back in a shock comeback with his child from ireland.

They live in the flat next to Rita - the one where she and Alec Gilroy briefly had inter-connecting doors. (The one Ken was living in until ‘recently’, for those following the classic episodes.)

I think the return of Cathy’s hoarding tendencies would be a good storyline for her.

Oh I wouldn’t be so sure!! We’re still being subjected to the odd Sinead appearance.

I would be happy for Robert to be resurrected if it would mean never having to see Daniel and his beard showing Bertie that awful recording of Sinead's dying message.

Yeah I’d happily not see Sinead’s video messages ever again. Once is ok to show that she’d made them for Bertie when he gets older. We don’t need to see them every week.

Oh god how long are they going to drag out the Oliver story? Leanne is driving me mad flouncing out of offices.
