Maybe now with fewer episodes and time on their hands the writing will improve with some decent story lines.

It was really good! Funny and moving. The best lockdown episode I think. Marlon loves his children so much. We got insight into why Al is like he is and how that has affected Ellis. The spider scene was great

Also, the actor who plays Nate has clearly shaved his head during lockdown; hence the baseball cap inside.

Some of the scenes had been filmed before lockdown, apparently they don't film in order which is why at the start the Dingles were all social distancing then in another scene they weren't.

I wonder how many of the men had shaved their heads then were called back to work!

I noticed the handsome police officers beard was longer when he was talking to Jamie later in the episode than it was when he’d been with Andrea in the hotel

I thought I'd hate it but I really liked the Marlon/Ellis/Al lockdown. I still think Al is a terrible actor on the whole but there were glimpses of an improvement in that episode.

It was really good. I watched it twice! I don't like when they want us to feel sad about something that happened off screen like Mandy's baby story but I felt sorry for Al having such a shitty childhood. Maybe I'm just sick of all the tragic baby stories they've done recently. I don't think he's a bad actor but I think sometimes the dialogue he's given doesn't suit his speech pattern so it sounds stilted if you know what I mean?!

I just watched last nights episode, so it seems they just picked up from when Andrea left with Millie, I had completely forgotten about Harriet being engaged to Will.

The lockdown episodes were ok, I liked Jimmy and Nicolas the best, I know what you mean about Al if he had better storylines he could act a lot better.

I remember when Marlon and Eli did the robbery but not that crowd funded part.

I wish they'd shown these already filmed episodes before the lockdown ones.

It would have been a more natural progression. Now it's like we've jumped back in time and there'll be a much more obvious disconnect when the newly filmed ones begin.
