Maybe now with fewer episodes and time on their hands the writing will improve with some decent story lines.

Yeah , the LockDown episodes (especially the Sam'n'Lydia one) was preachy and a tad meh

But Cain (and I'm not a fan) is rocking the LockDown Grey .

I'm yet to catch up with tonights episode, whilst artistically I appreciate what they were doing with Sam and Lydia and the ups and downs of Lockdown, it wasn;t particularly compelling. They really need to mix it up with video calls, hopefully that will be coming.

I like what they're doing but tonight's just made me miss Robert so much.

Sorry but just can’t see a character like Cain Dingle going out to clap for the carers. 😒

These episodes are very preachy although at least the storyline and acting was better last night than the Sam and Lydia one which was dreadful.

The Aaron'Cain episode was much better than Sam and Lydia. I'm glad I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Not so sure about Mandy and Vinnie - I don't think I could stand her for half an hour

Mind you, at least the resurrection of Lisa would be more interesting.

I know Lisa Riley is a nice woman irl but this Mandy Dingle character just doesn’t work for me this time around. If Vinnie would like to sing for half an hour instead that would be considerably better. He has a lovely singing voice!

He's a good actor as well and I think he's in luck getting one of these episodes which will give him a chance to shine. I'm not really looking forward to the Mandy aspect though. I'd rather if his dad (Mr. McIntyre) was in lockdown with him!

He'd been travelling with Mrs. H until the virus broke out and they had to return to England. Don't know what his plans are. The acting profession will be fairly limited for a while I think but I know where he could get a job

That was very melodramatic. I really like Vinny though.

i struggled to understand a lot of Mandy's lines as she speaks far too quickly. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Hopefully they've got the worst one - Sam and Lydia - out of the way and they will improve as they go on.

These two have to be related!
