That reminds me... whatever happened with the storyline where he was talking about another baby and she was being really cagey about it? I thought it was going to come out that she's been sterilised, but I don't know if I missed the reveal, or if it died off.

Let’s imagine he gets arrested, goes into custody, contests adoption. Court will see that he has been absent for Johnny’s entire life, zero contact, zero child support, and will be spending the rest of Johnny’s childhood in prison for manslaughter/murder. It wouldn’t be in Johnny’s best interests to be held in limbo by a permanently absent father when charity has raised him and is married to his mother.

I know we’re meant to feel sorry for Dan, but I’m honestly finding the whole saga so dreary. It feels like it’s been going on for about 93 years. Also, while I understand continuity is going to be an issue at the moment, it’s a bit unbelievable that someone who couldn’t even make the toilet one day could cut his own hair the next.

Dans just not a likeable character. Never has been. And the pairing with miserable Amelia just makes all his scenes like nails down a blackboard.

I know they’re trying to push the plight of Amelia as a young carer and it’s a relevant and important storyline but why have they picked the planet’s worst actress to deliver it?

Also: a note to the wardrobe team. Stop dressing Priya like a French maid. Fiona Wade is gorgeous. Enough with the miniskirts, towering heels and 90s club wear from Mark One.
