The Skilbecks had all left before Victoria was born so she wouldn't know them and they're not related. I don't think there's really anyone left who knew Annie very well now that Robert's in prison. It would have made more sense for her to go to see Kathy really.

The adoption social worker asked her about her murder charge. Charity said she was acquitted when new evidence came to light, that she had been framed. Social worker said that charity had offered to sell Noah to get the new evidence and something about framing an innocent woman. Charity said she wasn’t that innocent, she slept with my husband and got pregnant.
