Maybe now with fewer episodes and time on their hands the writing will improve with some decent story lines.

I think Jamie is more like Zoe in that he wants to be a good person but he's not averse to using tactics to get what he wants.

Poor Dawn, her whole life has been ruined by Malone.

I think you're right JaneJeffer he's not a real baddie but wants to be.

Nate is awful, I don't know what anyone sees in him, he has zero redeeming features.

I hope Dawn doesn't end up back on drugs because of what's happened, I'm glad Malone is gone as he was ridiculous but I wish it was Harriet that had killed him and then been arrested and charged and we'd never have to see her again.

The Malone storyline was a right mess,, why couldn’t he be done for corruption along with all the other police that he had in his pocket? Why didn’t they get charged ? No other person in the police force knew what he was up too ? What lazy sloppy writing.

I see the actress who plays Kerry is pregnant. Now would be their chance to have her serve time for killing Frank but I bet they won't!

I can't watch Harriet & Dawn moping around and arguing over the same old rubbish. Do. Not. Care.

God I can't stand Belle Smallsteps think she is one of the worst actors in Emmerdale, I have no idea what she meant by saying that to Tracey, Jamie is the one in the wrong, he nearly killed Moira but apparently that doesn't matter because she is getting better.

Belle always has the hard done by look, just like Debbie, if either of them ever smiled I'd faint from shock.

Obviously the lockdown period hasn't been used to produce some decent storylines. I'm glad Malone has gone but this will drag on and on like everything always does. Nate is awful in every way so he gets more air time. Mandy is awful......ditto. We had a cursory mention of Annie dying then Victoria went to Diane's - I fully expected it to finish with a tearful Victoria, but no, Mandy and the stupid story that nobody could care less about.

It's terrible at the moment. All disjointed and no cohesive storylines.

Agree it's good that Malone went but what a waste of an actors talent. He should have had a better part with stronger writing for an actor if Mark Womack's status.

Why were marlon and Victoria acting weird at the adventure place where she works? Has something happened between them?

She was annoyed at him for interfering with her and Luke. She was feeling down about finding the perfume she wore on the night out as well so wasn't in the humour for his carry on.

Those Hop uniforms are so awful they even make someone as good looking as Victoria look bad.

I don’t know why they’ve killed off Annie now - it seems a waste when they could have waited for the older actors to come back to work. Diane is at least supposed to have known and spent time with l her, even though they’ve only very briefly shared screen time. Victoria could have reminisced with her, and even with Eric, who’d remember her well (and has always been fond of Vic). Instead we get a reference to nameless distance cousins. Couldn’t the writers have had Victoria go to visit Matt or Dolly - someone older viewers would remember?

The Skilbecks had all left before Victoria was born so she wouldn't know them and they're not related. I don't think there's really anyone left who knew Annie very well now that Robert's in prison. It would have made more sense for her to go to see Kathy really.

Another one here totally baffled by them dropping in the death of Annie now. She was such a huge character in emmerdale history. She deserved far better than this. It’s really gone to pot.

Lordy lordy writers. That dialogue between Amelia and Sarah was excruciating.

Tbh I’m finding it all excruciating at the minute.
