Oh hello!! Here comes CJ in his ceremonial dress.

CJ looks so nice in his best uniform and with his sword.

Elvis has done a runner at the last minute. Some friend he is, expecting CJ to break the bad news.

We jump two years now and we see Georgie training new medics.

Ah yes - training, and she sees CJ.

He said "WHAT!!!!"

That would have given me an attack of the vapours for sure. It's very telling that CJ doesn't tell her the truth here, because he definitely knows.

Two years later.....

... and who do we see through the window marching along but CJ. I wonder what he's doing here?

Georgie is very good as a trainer. Now she has spotted someone she knows from her past.

He needs a Medic....

Molly, Molly, Molly...….oh lovely Molly.

CJ has come to see if Georgie fancies a trip to Kenya - and not a holiday either.

I always found this scene a bit strange. Not officer/squaddie relationship but neither the fact his Molly is friends with Georgie.

She says yes to the tour.

Does Georgie want to go to Kenya. CJ knows she has a new chap. Molly has been gossiping to CJ. Wonder if CJ has been gossiping to Elvis.

Georgie says yes, wouldn't we all.

There is no such thing as Greater Manchester Hospital. They've made that up.

We are introduced to Jamie.

Hey Jamie, do not slag off Preston!!

Ah, the canals of...Ven...er....Manchester. Almost got confused there.

Marie knows why Georgie is hesitating about setting a date for the wedding.

She would step in and take Jamie if Georgie changes her mind!

Somehow, I could never believe in Dr Dullandboring as a doctor - he’s so unlike any medic I know but then, I don’t know any Manchester medic.
PS - I hadn’t clocked that Sierra Leone reference. More broccoli we were spared.
Marie is right. She isn’t over Elvis, as we will shortly see.

Are you honestly telling me that she is getting married to Jamie and she or no one else has told him about her being jilted at the altar?

Anyone who doesn’t understand BoJo’s stay alert line isn’t an OG fan.

I would have thought Grace would have spilled the beans on Elvis or Max would have had that man to man chat and said something along the lines of "Don't you dare hurt our Georgie like that waster Elvis, or you'll have me to deal with".

Ahh Fingers and Brains. Oh CJ has been listening to those briefings at Downing Street all right or is it the other way round. "Stay Alert, Stay....definitely not at home"

I really like this banter between CJ and Fingers, then Monk's chat up lines with Georgie!
