Well she couldn’t eat much at all, so it stopped her starving. She was in hospital for the umpteenth time and not eating the foul slop. One lovely nurse noticed she hadn’t eaten and brought her some, I think she had 4 in as many hours. They used to do an apple one that was nice and sharp. Loads of calories. (Yes I was reduced to one or two when on overnights there)
