I am so looking forward to this years show! Anyone else? I know its not everyone's cup of tea but I so look forwrad to seeing the outfits as well!

yep Gethin is boring. Personality wise.

but he is so dreeeeeeeeeeeamy. He is very easy on the eye you have to agree. He is definitely more at home with the ballroom dances. I don't want to see Gethin in an open to the waist orange silk tight shirt. That would be all wrong.

Sorry Mrs Goodman, I just don't get the Gethin thing but, of course that means you get to keep him to yourself!

My vote is for Aleesha (sp) personally. I don't mind Kate, but I cannot stand Tony Beak Anton - he really gives me the creeps! Lilia is lovely isn't she - such a lovely dancer - let's hope next time she has a decent partner!!

Yes I love Aleesha too, if there's any justice then she will win.
Trouble is, I like so many of the ones left, with exception of blardy Kate, Im going to upset when they all go.

I couldn't see what all the fuss over Gethin was about until I saw the training for the jitterbug and he was wearing specs. Hmmmm, I might have worked out where you are coming from!

I thought about the 'vote for who you want out' thing but I don't think they will every go for it as it is so negative. I agree that it would probably be fairer but they'll never do it.

I'm quite glad Penny and Ian are out - don't like Ian's posture when he's dancing at all - sticks his bum out!

All the prof men stick their bums out when they are doing latin dances. It's the only thing about the prof group dances that I don't like. I don't know why they get this weird posture when certain dances start

Well if I ruled the world (am working on this master plan slowly) I would do it thus.

Sat night, 1st show is on at 5(then my dd's can watch and can get into bed at a respectable hour) everyone does their dance, judges and masterful Len vote as per usual. Phone numbers given, phone lines open. Phone lines close at 9.30. Dance off at 10.

No stupid voting all week.
No stupid Bruce pretending it's sunday when it still is saturday and everyone knows it.
No stupid spoiler threads.

I would like to add that if I would in charge I would do away with Brucey and Tess and have George Clooney and that chap who plays Sawyer in Lost as the presenters.

And that John Barrowman could have a regular spot doing a little song too.

Could you arrange for some dancing lessons for Tess too, (in the event that she has to stay), every time Brucie grabs her to do the 'keep dancing' bit, she looks like she's going to fall over!
And hands off Josh Holloway, him, I wouldn't kick out of bed.

Bums - I think it is particularly noticeable with Ian, as he is so tall, but he has the same posture for every dance! Don't like it.

Scoring - I would make it so that the number of points each couple gets is reflected in the points they get, rather than it being evened out, which would get rid of the anomaly of someone with 18 points for example being only 1 point behind someone who could potentially have 31 or 32.

I would scrap Tess Daly, and especially the 'KEEEEEEEEP Dancing!

Yes the crazy buttocks need to be addressed. Penalty points if you arse sticks out more than 20cm from the rest of your body. They should have a special ruler. Or one of those clever draw on the replay pens (like they have on the snooker). Len could start drawing circles around freeze framed bottoms.

Agree about Tess ... really can't stand her. The only value she has is the hilarious outfits she wears week in week out. But, after the first 30 seconds, that gets boring too!

Was it just me or did Brendan's dancing in the jive look a bit Riverdance?

Still seething this morning.

I cannot BEAR Tess as a presenter. I'm sick to doo-dah of the hands on hips stance she adopts when talking to Bruce. Patronising. Also, you'd have thought she'd have got the hang of the rhythm of the little intro dance she does with Bruce on the podium after 5 bloody years.

Bruce is a bumbling embarrassment.

LOVED John Barrowman. He would be the perfect SCD contestant. His dancing with Karen was fab, that boy has rhythm coming out of his ears.

Gethin is cute but he is def not sexy. For me, sexy is charisma, personality, filth. Gethin, as sweet as he is, does not display any of that, to my mind.

Oh and btw, when John Barrowman was singing and Ola & James and Darren & Lilia came on did anyone else wonder about the home lives of the two couples ?

Darren & Lilia look realy smiley and like they are enjoying dancing with each other, like they are great mates as well as DH & DW.

Ola & James looked very intense and thought their dance was sexier than Darren & Lilia's version, I thought they looked a bit mechanical. Like all they do at home is sh*g, there doesn't seem to be much romance there.

I miss all the weekend gosssip every week.. so annoying.

I thought Penny might go, but surely Kate cant just keep getting through. I bet the papers are ripping through her today. Awful.
