I think "the school" is near Dipos parents because there was talk or Kirsh staying there so assume he stayed with them. Considering he's the favourite child, it's ludicrous to think he's never been home. You might say it's them obey but they all pop on flights everywhere at a moment's notice.

Toadies house is only a 4 bed. Maybe Shane installed a bed in the room off the kitchen

David finds Nicolette passed out and gets her to hospital and it’s the wake-up call he needs to finally confront his issues.

starburst David’s issues are that he doesn’t want to have a baby or be involved in co-parenting with Nic because she’s untrustworthy. But apparently it’s too late, she’s already pregnant! Which is why he has even more issues.
Yes Audrey and Nic get sacked and Dipi takes on Nic at the coffee shop after Chloe and Aaron guilt her into it.

I don't see it as David not wanting a baby with Nicolette because he thinks she is untrustworthy.

I see it as David wanting full control. You could see it with the fostering, he wants to be in charge and doesn't want to co parent with anyone.
