I wonder if Elly’s brutal exit is Shaun arriving and proves she’s an unfit mother, he leaves with pasta and she leaves to live with mum because of the memories....

She’s staying in her Auntie Trish’s place while pretending to be living at No 22. Trish has had to leave town. I think she wanted to stay with the Rebecchis but didn’t like to ask, or they didn’t have room, or something. Perhaps Auntie Trish rents her place out to Mannix and he agrees to keep quiet about Mackenzie being there. Or maybe Mackenzie needs someone over 18 to sign the lease or something? Who knows? It won’t end well anyway.
