I don't know how any of them expect to actually have a relationship with any of the Islanders after the show. I think we all know they live for the short burst of fame and people throwing themselves at them just because they're 'famous' for a bit. I can't remember which islanders were talking about it a few seasons back but it was mentioned how the guys especially end up getting laid regularly after the show.

How bad is this game?
