Lucy seems to be the only person thinking clearly about Finn. I bet he's marked her card. Gary was also speaking a lot of sense for a change, in between being caught taking photos of his willy by Sheila 😂

I guess that Finn can remember all the stuff that turned him bad in the first place but is fighting that change all over again, with the knowledge of how he's been forgiven & accepted working to stop him being bad. It's totally logical & entirely plausible...

I did like the blurb about the programme - it said something like Finn was facing the biggest challenge of his life... Apparently remembering all the stuff that happened in Colombia is worse than going through it in the first place...!

Agree to Gary being the only one talking any sense re Finn though. 'Reformed' or not, I'd be at least a bit wary of the friendly local psychopath/murderer/stalker spending that much time with a young girl and telling her how very special she is.

Can't remember if I said it at the time but it was painfully obvious that DVO felt the same about Gary as we do. She looked disgusted any time she had to kiss him & clearly couldn't wait to get away. I genuinely thought this was part of the character & she was scamming him. I kept waiting for the reveal that he'd given her all the money he was supposed to be giving to Amy & she'd scarpered with it having not given him more than a peck... Then she started suggesting they "make the most" of the time before she went back to England... Ew. At least Terese & Amy had the good grace & acting ability to pretend to be attracted to him, or at least not completely repulsed!

Are we supposed to be suspicious of her motives towards Gary or are we supposed to believe that she's fully on board with the whole skyping of his sausage thing?! I'm genuinely baffled!

The writing over this Jane plot is so shoddy. Surely it was obvious that Mannix spent the money? And how are went to believe he’s such a romantic poet when she was so judgy about it in the past? Isn’t Mannix supposed to be scared of Paul or did seeing him talk to a bauble ruin that? Why does he even care? What master criminal just has dodgy money transferred into a bank account under his own name?

Also how was Mark done with the print-a-gun gang? Why did Aaron think it was appropriate for Mark to request last minute leave at his new job with a new promotion for talking to an ex that you don’t know is a thing yet? I mean really!?! Can he not FaceTime or invite her to Adelaide as she’s fucking about doing nothing now her teenage son doesn’t need her? Who needs time off because they quite like their ex again!?!
