Joining in as I've been watching this and decided to put my 2 cents in.

Queen bee - I think someone from little mix.
Monster - ceelo green
Unicorn - Chris Colfer from Glee. This one I'm sure about. He wrote a script for a movie called Struck by Lightening and was the lead character in it with Rebel Wilson. He is also a NY times best selling fantasy author for his Land of Stories book series. Unicorn was playing up the fact that he loves fantasy and that's why he's a unicorn. Plus he said the word Glee.

Aquicknamechange2019 · 27/01/2020 19:59

I think unicorn might be Ian Brennan. The clue for me was that sarah Jessica Parker spoke his words - he was the writer for the episode she appeared in.

Piggywaspushed · 27/01/2020 20:00

Yes, but Jake Shears wrote that bit!

Sheree Murphy could be octopus she was Im a celeb neighbours and emmerdale and the million bit could be clues relating to her husband Harry Kewell

Just posting this again;

Let's Have a Kiki" is a song by American band Scissor Sisters. The song was released as the third and final single from their fourth studio album Magic Hour.[1] It was released on September 11, 2012 in the United States and September 18, 2012 in the United Kingdom.[2][3] The song was written by Jason Sellards, Scott Hoffman, Ana Lynch and produced by Scissor Sisters. The single reached number 119 on the official UK Singles Chart, following their performance on Strictly Come Dancing in October 2012. The song was covered by the Glee cast, with Sarah Jessica Parker on lead vocals, in the episode "Thanksgiving".

Could one of the Appleton sisters be Octopus?

I also wondered whether fox was Sophie Ellis Bextor.

RapidRainbow · 27/01/2020 22:37

I've spent far too much time looking into Octopus tonight! A lot of the clues fit lots of people. I have gone through a list of I'm A Celeb contestants and Sheree Murphy is the closest Emmerdale fit. But there's stupid links that remain true for other people such as Nell Mcandrew once had chips thrown over her by teenagers.

Mallandra Burrows was a big contract of her time.

If any of them ever had a record deal, I've tonight learned that a 1 million pound deal is a commonly used phrase more than a numerical figure.

Closing my eyes and listening, it really does sound like Kylie. Of Emmerdale actresses I could hear Sheree Murphy and when I really lost myself in it, it sounded like Roxy Shahidi who I am sure it isn't.

Digital Spy seem convinced it's a done deal that it's Kathryn Jenkins with the dangerous places reference being a nod to her performing to the troops in Afghan and Iraq. But... Nell Mcandrew did this too as a model!

Trying to think what other TV programmes involved jungle animals I. E. The Wild Show(Michaela Strachan) and obviously the Dale's doesn't 100% mean Emmerdale.

Doing my head in 😭

itswinetime · 27/01/2020 23:01

@RapidRainbow I'm with you I keep seeing names and looking into them and I can make most clues fit but never all of them, which must be because one isn't quite what we think but which one 🤷🏻‍♀️🤯

FenellaVelour · 27/01/2020 23:17

I’m mostly leaning towards Myleene Klass for octopus but I’m in no way confident!

Aquicknamechange2019 · 28/01/2020 00:22

Didn't unicorn say that SJP "spoke" his words rather than sang?

Ian Brennan also wrote Scream Queens which ticks the fantasy/horror boxes.

But then, there's a unicorn on one of Chris Colfer's book covers.

Gahh. This is too hard.

Ellmau · 28/01/2020 01:03

Hedgehog had a clue about 'Who Do You Think You Aria' - could it be someone who was on the TV show Who Do You Think You Are? Looking at the list of people who've been on that, two names stood out as possibles to me: Alexander Armstrong and Gareth Malone. Thoughts?

wowfudge · 28/01/2020 06:49

Ellmau I think you are right with Alexander Armstrong - just watched clips on YouTube.

Triglesoffy · 28/01/2020 09:53

AA!! Yes, because he has a posh singing voice.

Triglesoffy · 28/01/2020 09:57

And AA was in Who Do You Think You Are www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00tl38l

Triglesoffy · 28/01/2020 09:58

Ashley from The Pussycat Dolls as Octopus?

PunishmentSnart · 28/01/2020 10:46

Queen Bee is 100% Nicola Roberts - exactly the same accent and voice.
Unicorn Im going for Jake Shears.
Don't think Monster is Cee Lo coz he keeps mentioning a big family and I'm sure he only has one son - what about one of the Jacksons?

TakeYourCanvasBags · 28/01/2020 11:19

DH is 100% convinced that Monster is a Jackson. He thinks it is Jermaine.

He could be on to something but then again he is also sure that Fox is Bonnie Tyler (I can't find a single clue to support that).

Piggywaspushed · 28/01/2020 15:57

AA has a very deep bass singing voice. There was definitely a tenor clue. And the singing voice is wrong really. The 'posh' clue is really off putting! Maybe it's David Beckham! Grin

OP posts:
wowfudge · 28/01/2020 16:33

AA is a bass baritone. Bass baritone is the higher end of the bass range or the lower of the baritone range. Compare his singing voice with Barry White and it's not as deep.

I disagree that the voice "is wrong really".

Piggywaspushed · 28/01/2020 16:34

Have you heard him sing though? It's deep. Very rich. Pretty distinctive.

OP posts:
Piggywaspushed · 28/01/2020 16:35

But , that aside, there was still a 'tenor' clue!

OP posts:
itswinetime · 28/01/2020 16:52

I can't see any connections online wiki between any of the shows hinted in the clues and AA or a link to Billy Connolly or Micheal ball.

I don't think the clues fit him as well as others but of course it's possible the clues are not what we think.

FenellaVelour · 28/01/2020 17:03

I think Paul Nicholas is too old to be Hedgehog but some of the clues fit (musical theatre, and he was born in Peterborough where football team is known as Posh)

Piggywaspushed · 28/01/2020 17:10

Hmmm.. interesting. If anyone can be arsed to watch his VT again, he says 'look' in a very distinct way. He seems to have not been able to disguise a , possibly Welsh, accent at that point. Whoever it is is definitely not really actually posh and I suspect not a Southerner either.
I keep trying to catch Michael Ball saying it! It didn't sound particularly Northern a la Manford but feasibly could be.

@rainbowrapids RE Melinda Messenger and working in dangerous locations... wasn't she the host of that island game show where there were loads of tigers and snakes?
