I didn't see bobby at Phil's either? Why did he go? He didn't have a problem with Sharon the other day?

Max Bowden does an excellent job with his character Ben Mitchell. He's become one of my favourites. Honey is a bit too much of a caricature and the bulimia story is being crudely represented.

I thought to begin with Ben was a rubbish actor. I cringed every time he came on but now I think he's great! Really changed my mind the last few months.

I just keep thinking about the poster on here saying that they saw Ben in a spa and he was a bit of a dick!

I don’t think bobby went with Kathy. When Ian told her if she didn’t like sharon being there she could leave bobby very excitedly said “really?” As though he was happy about the idea of Kathy leaving.

Oh I took it as "really?" as in "are we really going down this route? More conflict and division? Choosing between your mum and Sharon rather than trying to be harmonious?" He's trying to be a peacemaker. But it's an impossible situation.

The80s I randomly remembered the other day that Ben is supposed to be deaf in one ear. He wore a hearing aid when he was younger but none of the actors who've played Ben in the last few years have worn one and his hearing seems completely fine now/it's never mentioned

It was mentioned about him using contacts when No Ben came, instead of his glasses. Can't remember if it was mentioned, but can't you get very discreet hearing aids now? That are almost invisible?

Yes, you can get tiny hearing aids now. It's not really a surprise that Ben wears contact lenses either - lots of people do.

Sharon has her pregnancy test in May. Assuming that’s when she was late for her period so two(ish) weeks after conception baby due end jan/feb.

Louise went for contraceptive implant on Easter weekend but didn’t get it in the end. I think because she split up with ken. Her baby was premature.

Ah @blondeshavemore fun, there are so many secret perks to having a hearing aid! Discounted rail tickets, cheaper theatre tickets to just name a couple.

Plus I like it when people are too noisy around me and I turn my hearing aid off and I can't hear them anymore!

Blondes I'm not profoundly deaf, I have a moderate hearing loss that is getting worse. I can go without hearing aids but everyone has to shout at me!

Louise seems to have taken her manic delivery from stuart, it's almost the exact intonation and drawl. It's WELL grating!
