Keegans character has done a 360 degree turn since he started in it. He will see through Gray I hope !

As a gay character why is Ben shown as being so sexually promiscuous and risk-taking with meeting new men?
Lou's acting skills have improved.
Sharon is getting so big she must need guy ropes to keep her grounded.
Would Honey be losing weight if she is bulimic? Or is she anorexic? She doesn't look any different.

I think the point they're trying to make re Ben being promiscuous is that he is so capable of switching off his emotions and his conscience. He's doesn't form attachment to people and is able to discard them as soon as he's got what he wanted . And he's using alcohol as an aid.

Louise is a fantastic actress, really convincing.

Did Honey have a history of ED? Seems a very rushed storyline. I think Karen triggered it on NYE when she was saying 'look at that face', and obviously being cheated on too.

And yes about Phil being surrounded by his EXs, and they're all blonde. He clearly has a type

Honey had a heart to heart with Iqra and her girlfriend (whose name escapes me). She had issues with bullimia when she was younger (in her modelling days so pre-eastenders). I don't think Billy knew this but he seems to have been unusually perceptive for Billy in picking it up!

I think it's good that they've picked an older character for an eating disorder storyline and that it is a relapse. Slightly different angle from usual.

Louise is just amazing - I can only imagine her acting talent hasn't shone before because of a lack of storylines.

It's only the character who has an eating disorder, not the actress. How would you expect the actress to look thinner exactly?

Honey has all kind of issues.
She struggled when Janet was born and now this with her bulimia.

I remember talk of honey having bulimia years ago. She was a model and it was discussed then.

Ben is spiralling. The sex and drink are his way of distracting himself from what is going on in his head.

Nu Ben is doing what people do all the time , using alcohol and short term flings to try and blot out the bad stuff. He clearly misses Callum , he didn't deal with Paul's death that well and he now has his half sister threatening to spill the beans about Keanu. Or what she thinks anyway ..

His always been a troubled one ; abused by Stella ( one of his dad's many women) coming to terms with being gay and his dad's rejection of that ( at first) not to mention his dodgy dealings and also killing off Heather! List is endless really. 😂( his also deaf in one ear ..)

I think Karen will end up telling Louise that ken is alive. Then Louise will run off into the sunset with ken.

I hope that @PinkDaydreams but I think Phil will pack her off to Portugal with Lisa to keep her quiet.... maybe Keanu will turn up there tho after all he must know where it is if they were planning to move there lol!

Keanu knows Louise set him up to be killed though. Whilst he would want Peggy, I can't see him overlooking that and taking Louise back.

Maybe he will end up with Sharon - she didn't try to kill him!

I think ken would forgive Louise. He did wrong by sleeping with Sharon and crossing the Mitchell’s and he knows how manipulative Phil and Ben can be so he will know that Louise will have been influenced by her family.

Honeys eating disorders have been talked about before. Lots of people with bulimia aren't thin, its the binge/purge cycle which gives the control over your weight but it's comfort eating and then being able to get rid of the calories before they make you fat (and being disgusted that you ate the food in the first place)that is the issue as constant vomiting or over use of laxatives is dangerous.

Honey has had bulimia since before NYE, she's been not eating and making ye self vomit (implied) for a few months now, they've only just implicitly shown it.

I was quite surprised at Billy's reaction to honey - he's usually so desperate to win her back he walks on eggshells around her so I was shocked he got angry with her. Mind you I was also baffled at him and Karen jumping into bed again just because Karen persuaded unny to let Janet do the pageant!

I guess the 'big' parallel story to shazanu is the Chantelle and grey domestic abuse story?

I can't see what stories they can have for Billy and Karen ; she probably doesn't want more children and he works in E20.
If it's another love triangle with Honey then that would be a bit boring. Mitch won't get far with Honey really : they really are chalk and cheese. Mitch is better off with someone like Karen ; more down to earth.
I guess that Billy might get involved with Gray and chan when that all comes out ; bit of muscle there to ' sort him out' eventually but other than that I'd say there isn't much scope for story lines.
Karen is keeping quiet about Ken. She might tell Louise his still alive maybe? That could kick off a bit if she did! ?
I bet Keegan or Bailey discover Gray is hurting Chantelle; I hope so.
I hope the newer characters get some story lines too.

I was thinking "I hate Ben!" one minute these last episodes, and then when he was drinking and talking to Lou I felt sorry for him again! He's good this new Ben.
